- All Hailuo 02 tools, models, and interface elements are protected intellectual property.
- AI-generated videos are owned by the user unless they contain unlawful or infringing content.
- You grant Hailuo 02 the non-exclusive right to store, analyze, and display anonymized results for research, quality improvement, or marketing unless you opt out.
5. NSFW Content and Safe Use Policy
To maintain platform safety and legal compliance, the following content is strictly prohibited on this platform:
Pornographic and Adult Content
Generation of any form of pornographic, nude, or sexually suggestive content is prohibited, including:
- Explicit or implicit depictions of sexual activity
- Images or videos that present the body in a sexualized manner
- Adult-oriented borderline content (even if it does not constitute full pornography)
Content Involving Minors
This platform maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harmful content involving minors:
- Generation of content that sexualizes minors is prohibited
- Depictions of minors suffering physical or sexual harm in any form are prohibited
- Users who violate this section will have their accounts permanently banned immediately, and relevant content will be reported to law enforcement authorities as required by law
Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII)
Without the explicit written consent of the person depicted, use of this service to generate or distribute the following content involving real individuals is prohibited:
- Nude or partially nude images or videos
- Deepfake content related to intimate acts
- Any AI-generated content that depicts real persons in a sexual manner
Hate, Violence, and Extremist Content
Generation of the following is prohibited:
- Content that incites hatred or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or disability status
- Content that promotes or glorifies terrorism, genocide, or mass violence
- Content displaying realistic or highly realistic gore, torture, or extreme violence
Enforcement
Violations of this section will result in:
- Immediate rejection of generation requests
- Account suspension or permanent ban, depending on the severity of the violation
- Mandatory reporting of violations involving minors to relevant law enforcement authorities
- No refunds for purchased credits or subscriptions
6. Payments and Credits
- Services are billed via credits. You may purchase different tiers depending on your video generation needs.
- Credits are non-refundable, expire after 12 months, and have no cash value.
- Video generation costs vary based on duration (6 or 10 seconds) and quality (768P or 1080P).
7. Service Availability and Support
- We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our AI video generation services.
- Video generation typically takes 3-5minutes, but processing times may vary based on server load.
- We provide email support but do not offer 24/7 availability.
8. Termination and Suspension
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, abuse, or fraud.
- Users may delete their accounts at any time. Remaining credits will not be refunded unless required by law.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- AI video generation services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- Hailuo 02 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from video generation failures or quality issues.
- We do not guarantee that generated videos will meet specific artistic or technical requirements.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use implies acceptance of the latest version.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered.
